Dear Dr. Wu,

I appreciate the opportunity you've offered me to interview for Boston Children's pediatric surgery fellowship position for the 2019-2021 cycle. It's an excellent program and anyone would be lucky to have the chance to train there. However, I regret to inform you that I have to cancel my interview on February 26th due to a family emergency. I do not anticipate that I would be able to reschedule the interview in the immediate future.
